Managing Jobs
Jobs represent the activities or projects you track time against — for example Consulting, Development, or Client Meeting. Each job has its own billing rate, visual identity, and advanced billing rules.
Accessing Jobs
Navigate to Time Tracking → Jobs tab. The left panel lists all jobs; the right panel shows editing controls for the selected job.
Creating a Job
- Click New Job (next to the search box)
- Fill in the job details in the right panel
- Click Save Changes

|---|---|
| Use descriptive names (Client A – Dev not Dev) | Easier to identify in lists and reports |
| Link jobs to clients | Makes invoice generation instant |
| Set accurate hourly rates | Ensures correct invoice amounts |
| Configure rounding to match your billing practice | Many consultants bill in 15-min increments |
| Set a default job | Saves clicks if you primarily work on one activity |
| Use distinct colours per client group | Visual scanning in time entry lists |
